As the Test Technician Manager, you'll lead the team that supports all hands-on build and test tasks at the Moses Lake Test Site (MLTS). This is a player-coach role: you'll perform both management and individual contributor work. Partnering with Test Engineers, you'll build safe and efficient test stands, install and maintain engine hardware to a high standard of quality, and run test operations across multiple stands.
You'll own the performance and professional development of the MLTS technician team, and you'll help shape the company processes that affect them. Success in this role requires strong organization, focus, and communication—you'll need to quickly digest information and delegate clear actions and expectations.
- Manage and lead the technician team, including:
- Executing daily tasks to move testing forward
- On-the-job training
- Performance management
- Shift scheduling
- Process creation and improvement
- Partner with the Site Director to purchase and install tools and equipment for safer, more efficient operations
- Maintain close communication and strong working relationships with the Test Engineering team
- Work with the Site Director to build a positive team culture and promote Stoke values
- 4+ years in the aerospace industry or similar
- Proficient in tube bending, general mechanical tasks, harness building, and operational support
- Excited and motivated to train members of the technician team
- Willing to work outdoors for extended periods
- Able to stoop, bend, crawl, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Target Levels:
- Level 3 Range: $40.13 - $60.17/HR
- Level 4 Range: $49.02 - $73.55/HR
